Jeannette (Sabine) Federico: Homemaker, Mother of Eight

Mrs. Jeannette (Sabine) Federico, age 80, of Ansonia Avenue, Bristol, died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012 at the St. Elizabeth's Manor, Bristol, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Anthony Federico. Born in Roxbury, MA she was a daughter of the late Edward and Catherine (Lynch) Sabine.

She was a Bristol resident for many years. Jeannette was a homemaker and mom to her eight children. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Bristol.

She is survived by her children, Michael Federico of Bristol; Valerie Smith of Rockland, MA; Donna Mitchell of Dorchester, MA; Manette McCarthy of Camarillo, CA; Frances Federico of Mansfield, MA; Marie Gaglio of Warren; Gina Brayton of Bristol; and Jannell Rankins of Mansfield, MA; 19 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, and a brother, Robert Sabine of Watertown, MA. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Marion and a brother, Francis.

Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood St., Bristol, Friday, Dec. 28, 2012 at 9 am with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State Street, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Chestnut Street, Bristol.
