In old business, the town solicitor, Mike Ursillo, is asking the Town Council to intervene on behalf of the town in the RI Public Utility Commission’s handling of a request by A&R Marine Corporation for a Certificate of Public Convenience to operate ferry service to Prudence Island. Ursillo's request was continued from an Oct. 30 meeting.
