Lobster Boil Fundraiser at Hope & Main will Feed Dreams
Tickets for the Sept. 25 event, which coincides with National Lobster Day, are expected to sell out quickly.

WARREN, RI—Lobster lovers will find plenty of the delicacy to eat while celebrating National Lobster Day on Sept. 25 at Hope & Main, Rhode Island's culinary business incubator.
That's because Hope & Main is teaming up with the Rhode Island chapter of the American Culinary Federation to host a lobster boil that also serves as a fundraiser to support scholarships for aspiring young chefs. Proceeds will also support Hope & Main member companies.
“This is a Rhode Island food-a-palooza! From the shellfish caught in nearby waters; to the dozens of featured Hope & Main member products; to the generous local food and beverage company sponsors; to the all-star list of guests and chefs from the RI food industry -- this event is a real inside taste of the local food experience,” said Lisa Raiola, Hope & Main’s Founder and President. “Thanks to our wonderful ACF chef partners, almost everything has been donated, so the vast majority of event proceeds will directly benefit programs.”
