Mount Hope Sports Schedule, Jan. 13 — 19

Here's a run-down of this week's Mt. Hope High School sports action, both home and away, featuring the Huskies.

Note: All records are as of Friday, Jan. 11.

Hockey:

The Huskie hockey squad (1-6) host South Kingstown (3-6) at Portmouth Abbey today for a 5:30 pm match-up, their only game scheduled this week.

Basketball:

The boys' squad (8-3) travels to undefeated North Smithfield (10-0) on Tuesday night for a 7 pm game, then travel to Woonsocket to face Mount St. Charles (1-9) on Friday night at 7.

Central Falls (0-6) is the 2-5 Lady Huskies' destination on Tuesday night for a 7 pm contest, then the girls head to West Warwick (6-2) on Friday at 7.

Gymnastics:

The gynmastics squad goes to North Smithfield for a meet, which also includes Portsmouth and West Warwick, on Wednesday night at 6.

Swimming:

The Lady Huskies (1-1) travel to Middletown (3-0) on Thursday for a 7:30 pm contest.

Wrestling:

The Huskies (3-1) host Coventry (4-0) on Tuesday night at 7 pm, then take part in a quad meet at Cumberland on Thursday afternoon at 4 before heading to Somerset Berkley Regional High School for the Nick Peachy Dual Tournament on Saturday morning at 10. 

Indoor Track:

The boys' team (3-5) take part in the Rhode Island Interscholatic meet tomorrow night at 7:30 at the Providence Career and Technical Center, while the girls (2-2) are scheduled to travel to Yale University on Friday for a 7:45 pm contest.
