Police Charge Warren Man With Ripping Sideview Mirror Off Car
Warren man faces three domestic charges and two count of simple assault after altercation.

A Warren man faces three domestic charges and two simple assault charges after an argument that escalated into much more early last Saturday, Nov. 2.
Philip W. Lotti, 19, of 179 Child St., was arrested around 1:08 am after Warren police responded to a 911 hang up at the man’s apartment. When officers arrived, the man’s girlfriend waved them down with a sideview mirror in her other hand.
Lotti allegedly tore the mirror from the woman’s car as she tried to leave after the argument, according to Warren Police Lt. Roland Brule. She reportedly tried to leave after he shoved and pushed her around.

Lotti also reportedly assaulted several of the woman’s friends during the altercation.
Warren police have charged him with domestic simple assault and battery, domestic disorderly conduct, domestic vandalism and malicious injury to property, and the two counts of simple assault and battery.

Lotti was arraigned at the Warren police station by a justice of the peace and released with a date to appear in Sixth District Court to face the charges.
