Rita R. [Dublois] Lombardi, 94: Valedictorian at St. Jean Baptiste

On June 16, 2013, at the age of 94, Rita Rachel Lombardi passed away peacefully in the company of her three children and granddog Eli Angelo. She was the widow of former Town Council President and Army Captain, Lester L. Lombardi Sr.

The daughter of Eli and Exilia Deblois, Rita was pre-deceased by her sixteen siblings, including Lawrence, Joseph, Dennis, Norman, Rene, Lillian, Marion, Irene and Blanche.

Arrangements are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, where the family will receive friends and relatives, Sunday June 23 from 4 to 8 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 24 at 10 am at St. Jean Baptiste Mission Church, Main Street, Warren. Interment at St. Alexander’s Cemetery, Greenlawn Avenue, Warren.
