Following their arrest for drug possession when Bristol Police found them sitting in a parked car, a Bristol man faces additional felonies after police searched his home and reported finding cocaine, steroids, and prescription drugs.

Manuel Chaves, of Peckham Place, is scheduled to appear at a status conference on Jan. 28. He is also due at a Jan. 14 pre-trial hearing in a separate case from January, 2012.

State Police Arrest Former Coach on Molestation Charges, Dec. 17, 2012

Rhode Island State Police announced the arrest of Richard Perry, 55, a former Little League and Pop Warner football coach and former custodian at Kickemuit Middle School, on four felony counts of child molestation. Following the report of his arrest, State Police confirmed that additional reports have been received, and are currently under investigation.
