TV-Tossing Bristol Man Charged With Vandalism

Argument over printer leads to arrrest by Bristol police.

A young Bristol man has been charged with domestic vandalism after he threw a flat screen TV and laptop computer out an apartment door into a parking lot.

Casey H. Welch, 20, of 10 Francis St., apparently became upset over the purchase of a printer for him by his father. After his father agreed to return the printer, Welch tossed the TV and computer outside.

The complainant asked Bristol police to charge Welch because, according to the police report, he said: Yes, something has to be done, he just can't keep doing this."
