Warren Police Log: Suspended License, DUI, Court Warrant Arrests

The following information was provided by the Warren Police Department. Where an arrest is noted, it does not indicate a conviction.

The Warren Police Department reported the following arrests this week:

  • Nicole Barlow, 24, of 1970 East Main Road, Portsmouth, on a charge of driving with a suspended license on Jan. 14 at about 8:30 am. She is due for arraignment in Sixth District Court tomorrow.
  • Joshua Toste, 25, of 68 Wood St., on a charge of driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop on Main Street on Jan. 14 at about 6:30 pm. He is due for arraignment in Sixth District Court tomorrow.
  • Arlin Nebiker, 27, of 6 South Carpenter St., East Providence, on a charge of driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop on Market Street on Jan. 15 at 8:37 pm. He is due for arraignment in Sixth District Court tomorrow.
  • Aaron Braz, 23, of 9 Francine St., on a charge of driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop on Market Street on Jan. 15 at 8:40 pm. Braz pleaded no contest two two past charges of driving with a suspended license, one brought by Bristol Police in September, 2012, and the other brought by Warren Police in October, 2012,according to online court records. He is due for arraignment on the new charge in Sixth District Court tomorrow.
  • Barbara Dallaire, 67, of 20 Libby Lane, on charges of DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test following an accident on Libby Lane on Jan. 16 just before 11 am.
  • Derek Renaud, 30, and Roger Renaud, 62, both of 186 Vernon St., following a traffic stop on Arlington Avenue on Jan. 16 at about 7:30 pm. Officers arrested Derek Renaud on an active warrant, and Roger Renaud on a charge of driving with a suspended license. Roger Renaud is due for arraignment in Sixth District Court tomorrow.
  • Kevin Caton, 21, of 361 Child St., on a warrant issued by Sixth District Court for failure to appear at a payment hearing stemming from charges of procuring alcohol for a minor and conspiracy brought by Warren Police in October, 2012. Caton made a payment toward the court costs ordered following his no-contest plea. Another payment review hearing is scheduled for Jan. 29.
  • Andrew Stanzione, 25, of 9 Thompson St., on a charge of violating a no-contact order brought by Warren Police, on Jan. 17 at about 5 pm. Stanzione was also sought on a warrant issued by Sixth District Court for failure to appear for a hearing on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct brought by Warren Police in November, 2012. He is due for a pre-trial hearing on the violation charge on Feb. 1.
  • Jonathan Sturm, 24, of 18 Commonwealth Ave., Barrington, on charges of marijuana possession and driving in possession of controlled substances following a stop on Main Street on Jan. 17 at about 7:15 pm. He is due for arraignment in Sixth District Court tomorrow.
  • Jared Ose, 39, of 149 Beneft St., Providence, on a charge of driving with a suspended license and on an warrant issued by Sixth District Court for failure to appear at arraignment on a charge of driving with a suspended license brought by Warren Police in December, 2012. He is due for arraignment on both charges in Sixth District Court tomorrow.
  • Stacey DeLaura, 47, of 7 Turner Road, Bristol, on charges of DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test on Jan. 18 at about 6:15 pm.
  • Michael Sineiro, 40, of 5 Homestead Ave., on two counts of domestic assault and one count each of domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct, on Jan. 18 at 11:30 pm. Two no-contact ordered were issued. He is due for arraignment on the charges in Sixth District Court tomorrow.
