When Is the First Day of School in Bristol-Warren?
Grades K-12 are scheduled to begin on Aug. 28.
Students in the Bristol-Warren School District are scheduled to start the 2013-14 school year during the last week of August, with grades K-12 starting on Aug. 28 and the district's pre-K program starting on Aug. 29.
According to information posted on the district's website, teacher orientation is set for Aug. 26, with a professional day held the next day.
The district has also posted literacy and math packets online for grade-schoolers to use in getting ready for the new school year — click here for the list of summer packets.
And for parents whose kids are attending private schools and need textbooks, the final day to place textbook orders with the Bristol-Warren District is Friday, July 12.
