2 DUIs; 3 Counts Of Shoplifting; Eluding Police: Coventry Police Log

COVENTRY, RI — The following people were arrested by Coventry police between Feb. 20 and Feb. 26.

Feb. 20

6:37 p.m. — Grover Champlin, 28, of Charlestown, was charged with shoplifting.

8:40 p.m. — Rachchena Thun, 38, of Johnston, was charged with shoplifting and conspiracy.

9:12 p.m. — Kulh Lizarda, 35, of Providence, was charged with shoplifting and conspiracy.

Feb. 21

5:31 p.m. — Sarah Beausoleil, 30, of Coventry, was charged with fraudulent use of credit cards, forgery, and conspiracy.

5:31 p.m. — Jose Gomes, 32, of Coventry, was charged with being a fugitive from justice and an active bench warrant.

Feb. 23

11 p.m. — John Coyne, 75, of Coventry, was charged with DUI (first offense) with blood-alcohol level unknown.

Feb. 24

12:35 a.m. — Richard Meehan, 59, of Acton, Massachusetts, was charged with DUI (first offense) with blood-alcohol level unknown.

Feb. 26

10:18 a.m. — Justin Frabotta, 35, of West Warwick, was charged with eluding an officer in pursuit and obstructing an office in the execution of duty.

12:20 p.m. — Ashley Martin, 29, of Coventry, was charged with obtaining money under false pretenses.

3:59 p.m. — Lynn Sousa, 43, of Coventry, was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, and an active bench warrant.
