Joseph Cafarelli, 28, 29 Harris St., charged with violation of a no contact order on Oct. 31 at 10:29 a.m.
Stephen Mulcahey, 41, 15 Ranger Rd., North Kingstown, charged with first degree sexual assault on Oct. 31 at 11:30 a.m.
William J. McLaughlin, 56, 200 Tillinghast Rd., charged with DUI first offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test on Nov. 2 at 10:18 p.m.
Chelsea Paone, 25, 4 Cote Ct., charged with driving after denial of license on Nov. 3 at 8:45 p.m.
