Coventry Man Arrested In Barrington On Child Molestation Charge
Richard Antonio Jr. of Coventry, molested a Barrington child and was arrested Thursday, police say.
COVENTRY, RI — A Coventry man was arrested in Barrington after police said he molested a child.
Richard Antonio Jr. was indicted in Providence Superior Court on Feb. 16, and was charged with first-degree child molestation and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
Police said the investigation into Antonio began in December 2022, and involved the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Police said Antonio's victim was a child from Barrington.
