Monday Essentials: WCFD Board Meeting, Nathanael Greene Presentation and More
Today is Monday, Nov. 4, 2013 and here are some things to know about the week ahead.

WCFD Meeting: At 7 p.m. Monday, the Western Coventry Fire District Board of Directors will meet at the 1110 Victory Highway station. Click here to view this evening's agenda.
CPL Presents… At 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5, Coventry Public Library will host Janet Uhlar, who will speak on the life Gen. Nathanael Greene. Uhlar has written a biography of Coventry's most famous citizen, entitled Freedom's Cost. To register or for more information, call Jane at 822-9104.
18+ Bingo: The Coventry Senior Center (50 Wood St.) will hold Bingo this and every Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. The cost is $4 plus Specials. All are welcome, but must be 18 years and older to play.

CPD Safety Event: The Coventry Police Department will host a free Child Seat Installation and Kids Workshop from 12-3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, at Walgreens (875 Tiogue Ave.).
Toddler Stories and Songs in Greene: The Greene Public Library, located at 179 Hopkins Hollow Road, Greene, will host Toddlers, Tunes & Tales this and each Friday morning from 10-10:30 a.m. The program is intended for children ages 1-3 accompanied by a parent or caregiver and will feature songs, movement and a fun story.
