Sold! 22 Houses in Cranston Last Week

CRANSTON, RI—It was a busy week for home sales in Cranston last week with 22 houses changing hands.

It was the busiest week in terms of home sales so far this year.

A brief review of sale prices shows that prices continue to creep upwards in Cranston, a clear indication that the city saw the bottom of the market some time ago and the fire sales and foreclosures that dominated weekly sales reports after the recession are all but dealt with.

This week's numbers show six houses sold for more than $350,000 and none sold for under $100,000. In fact, just two houses had sale prices below $150,0000.
