Teen Center: The Teen Center has provided a great place to hang out on Friday evenings for decades now. They meet at the gym at Eldredge School but you don’t have to play basketball to enjoy the camraderie. From 6 to 8 p.m.
Avenger Football: Cheer on the Avengers tonight at Carcieri Field when they host Burrillville. At 7 p.m. To read about last Saturday's game against Middletown, click here.
Veterans Day Parade on Sunday: Veterans Day is Nov. 11, Sunday, and in keeping with tradition the parade to honor our veterans steps off on that day, but note the time – 2 p.m. This is a chance to thank all those who have served our country, and to do it in style! The parade begins at Academy Field, proceeds up Spring Street to Mawney Street to First Avenue to Main Street to Town Hall. Be there!
