Marc Berger is a nationally touring artist based out of NY who has performed at Austin’s South X Southwest Music Festival, the Kerrville Folk Festival, and opened shows for Bob Dylan and other national acts. His current release, RIDE, a collection of songs all having to do with the romance of the American West, has received national airplay and Starbucks has licensed the album for worldwide in-store airplay. For this presentation, Marc will weave stories of his experiences as an easterner in the mountain and desert West into the set, along with the ways those experiences influenced the writing of the songs.
