Rhode Island Troopers Nab Forger Wanted In PA: Cops
The Maryland resident was wanted as a fugitive of justice from Pennsylvania, police said.
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI — A Maryland man wanted in Pennsylvania as a fugitive from justice was apprehended in East Providence, police said.
Breissy Rodas Andino, 32, was wanted on charges forgery, theft by deception, bad checks, and forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Rodas Andino was arrested after he was pulled over on Interstate 195 in East Providence shortly before 11 a.m. Tuesday, according to the release.

"Rodas Andino was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment," the release said.
