RI State Police ID Body Found In Foster
Rhode Island State Police say the body is a Warwick woman who was reported missing in August 2024.
FOSTER, RI — Rhode Island State Police on Monday identified the body they found in Foster on Wednesday.
State police identified the woman as Michele Romano, 56, of Warwick. She was reported missing by a family member to Warwick police on Aug. 18, 2024.
State police, Warwick police, and the Rhode Island Attorney General's Office are investigating the "suspicious circumstances" surrounding Romano's death.
