Man Blows 2.7 Times Legal Limit After Pulled Over For Speeding
The following arrests were reported by the Middletown Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Donald Sevigny, 24, of 22 Bradford St. Apt #FL3, Bristol, was arrested on Aug. 8 on charges of driving under the influence. Police said when he was pulled over on East Main Road for driving almost 30 mph over the speed limit, he bounced off the curb twice. Police described his answers to their questioning as “nonsensical.” For example, when asked where he was coming from he allegedly said, "it’s lighthouse day, so...” and then stared at the officer without continuing his thought. At the station, he registered a BAC of .206 and .214, about 2.7 times the legal limit.
