Fourth Quarter Tax Payments Due by Wednesday, June 10

  • Fourth quarter tax payments can be mailed to: Town of Middletown; 350 East Main Road; Middletown, RI 02842; Attention: Tax Collections
  • Payments can be left in the secure Payment Box outside Town Hall near the ADA entrance (this box is checked daily Monday through Friday).
  • Payments can be made on-line at: Middletown On-line Tax Payments
  • ACH payment is now also available for those who complete the application form by Monday, June 8. ACH Authorization Form
