Although we hate to say that summer is flying by, I think we can all agree that the days are passing faster than we'd like. With that being said, the business of starting school is beginning to creep it's way into our consciousness.
If you are a resident of Middletown and you have a kindergarten aged child or you are new to Middletown and have school aged children who are not yet registered for school, the time is NOW to make an appointment with the MPS Central Office at 401-849-2122 to enroll your child(ren).
The following information is IMPORTANT for ALL students new to the district:

Registration packets can also be picked up prior to your appointment.
 Must present evidence of the following at registration:
BIRTH CERTIFICATE*Â (official copy only),
IMMUNIZATIONS,
PROOF OF RESIDENCE, and
PHOTO ID OF PARENT/GUARDIAN

(*Child must be 5 years of age by September 1, 2013 for kindergarten),
The child does not need to be with you during registration.
