MPD Make Assault, Warrant Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Middletown Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

  • Nuno Alves, 32, of 2289 Pawtucket, East Providence, was arrested Sunday, Aug. 4 around 5:20 p.m. on bench warrant charges out of the Third and Sixth District Court. Police recognized Alves as he walked into the Atlantic Beach Club.

  • George Begin, 61, of 31 West Main Road Apt #20, was arrested Sunday, Aug. 4. He was wanted by the North Kingstown Police Department for obtaining money under false pretenses, said police.
     
  • Vincent Tarducci, 40, of 16 Shangri-La Lane, was arrested Sunday, Aug. 4 around 1:45 a.m., on charges of domestic simple assault. He allegedly assaulted a 41-year-old Middletown woman. 

  • Vada Bryant, 25, of 14 Taylor Court, was arrested Saturday, Aug. 3, on charges of domestic simple assault. She allegedly pushed and scratched her husband.
