Sports Authority Set to Open in Middletown

Sports Authority, a national chain that offers sporting goods, is set to open its newest store in Middletown on Saturday, Oct. 19

The new 28,000 square-foot Middletown store located at 1315 W. Main Road will feature a new format for the retail chain. With specialty sport shops and a spacious new layout, the Sports Authority claims it has been designed to enhance the shopping experience.


To celebrate it's grand opening, the store will offer several door prizes. The first 250 customers will receive a Sports Authority Scratch and Win “Mystery Bucks” that range from $5 to $500 in value. The store will also conduct an hourly $100 gift card drawings and offer new customer a chance to win a $500 Sports Authority shopping spree.
