Are you home for the holidays so that you can audition for Home for the Holidays? Because, you know, auditions are from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday at the Courthouse Center for the Arts.

Oh no! Maybe there seriously aren’t that many events today, given that it’s 19th Century New York's Evacuation Day. As a result, our events calendar for today is a bit barren. Claire Kincaid is one of the best ADA’s ever, and shouldn’t have been killed off. Happy 43^rd birthday to Jill Hennessy, who played Claire Kincaid on Law and Order. Neat trivia: She couldn’t play Claire in one episode, so who stepped up in her place? Why, her identical twin, Jacqueline Hennessy. (p.s. Happy birthday to you too, Jacqueline!)
