5 THINGS: Prout Has New 1,000 Point Scorer

Prout's Eric Rameika joins the 1,000 point club after Friday's game against Lincoln.

Here are the (more than) Five Things for Saturday, December 22, 2012:

Prout’s Eric Rameika joins 1,000-point club with Crusaders’ 61-46 win against Lincoln at home. Rameika, a senior and captain of the team, finished with 15 points, giving him 1,005 for his career. The win improved Prout’s record to 4-2 overall, and 3-1 in Division II play. Photos included on this story are file photos from the 2010-11 season – We’re definitely interested in photos from Friday night, so if you have some you’d like to share, either upload them or e-mail them to Stephen.greenwell@patch.com. (And thanks to Bill Storey and Jill Connors for the heads-up about Rameika’s honor!)

Has the time or date or details of one of your events changed? If you posted the event yourself on our site, then remember – You can always change the details if you’re logged into your Patch account. Failing that, leave a comment on the item in question! The issue is that lately, people have been e-mailing me, and depending on the time of the day, it can take me anywhere from 30 minutes or 30 hours to get to the item, unfortunately. As a result, I encourage you all to be as proactive as possible!

Oh no! Maybe there seriously aren’t that many events today, given that it’s National Mathematics Day in India. As a result, our events calendar for today is a bit barren. If you’re having an event, please let us know in the comments. Also, make sure it isn’t left out in the future – Submit it via this link (as long as you’re logged into your Patch account).
