The waterfront property has sold for $1.875 million.

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — A property at 15 Howard Circle in Matunuck has sold for $1.875 million. Lila Delman Real Estate International acted as both the listing and selling company. Janet Kermes, sales associate, represented the seller and John Hodnett, principal broker, represented the buyer.

This closing represents the highest single family home sale in Matunuck since the sale of 925 Matunuck Beach Road for $2,060,000 on May 6th, 2005, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide MLS. It also tops the price for 454 Matunuck Beach Road in South Kingstown, which sold last month for $1,850,000 and was listed by Lori Joyal, also of Lila Delman Real Estate International.

“Potter’s Pond is getting noticed as one of Rhode Island's premier places to live with these two most recent sales,” Kermes said. “It has beautiful pristine waters with lots of fish and wildlife to observe, and affords fun family activities like fishing, water skiing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. It is another hidden gem that South County has to offer.”
