With coronavirus numbers on the rise in Rhode Island, anyone aged 18 years and up can get a COVID-19 vaccine booster shot, is enough time has passed since their initial dose.
Dr. Nicole Alexander-Scott, the director of the Rhode Island Department of Health, said Tuesday that with cold weather and the holiday season approaching, "everyone aged 18 and older is at higher risk of exposure" to COVID-19.
