SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — A waterfront home on Matunuck Pond has sold for $1,850,000, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International. The property at 454 Matunuck Beach Road in South Kingstown was sold for $1,850,000 by Lori Joyal, managing broker of the realtor's Watch Hill office. This figure represents the highest single family home sale in Matunuck since the sale of 925 Matunuck Beach Road for $2,060,000 on May 6th, 2005, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service.

The waterfront home is sited on 3.85 acres with privacy and panoramic ocean views. Measuring 2,710 square feet across two levels, the house has 5 bedrooms, an in-ground saltwater pool and a dock.

Lori Joyal of Lila Delman Real Estate International recently sold a waterfront estate located in Charlestown for $4.025 million, marking the highest sale in Charlestown since January 15, 2008, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide MLS.
