Where To Find Free, At-Home COVID-19 Tests In South Kingstown

Residents can pick up two test kits per household from several town buildings.

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — South Kingstown residents can pick up at-home COVID-19 test kits, free of charge, at several town buildings. Up to two kits are available per household.

Test kits are available at the following sites:

  • Town Hall, clerk's office
  • Recreation Center
  • Neighborhood Guild
  • Senior Center
  • Peace Dale Library

The kits are only available to South Kingstown residents. Please bring a license or other form of picture ID to prove residency.

The town held a drive-through distribution event at Broad Rock Middle School Feb. 5. The tests were a portion of the 500,000 additional kits that arrived in Rhode Island in late January. The state allocated 70 percent to cities and towns, which were given out based on population. The remainder were given to community organizations and health equity zones.
