NK Arts Council Presents 'Little Mermaid Jr.'

The young troupe from the North Kingstown Creative Dramatics Program presents a Saturday night show and Sunday matinee. $8 in advance.

A local troupe of 6- to 14-year olds bring their take on The Little Mermaid on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon in the North Kingstown High School auditorium.
Funded by the North Kingstown Arts Council, the performances mark the ninth season for the North Kingstown Creative Dramatics Program.

Come see a wonderful production starring the children of North Kingstown ages 6-14 as they share with you the story of the mermaid Ariel and her dream to be where the people are. Watch as Sebastian tries to escape from Chef Louis, who desparately wants to cook himself a crab...follow Flounder and Scuttle try to help their friend from becoming a poor unfortunate soul under the spell of Ursula the sea witch...and most of all watch as Prince Eric and Ariel fall in love!
Tickets are $8 in advance, $10 at the door.
On sale at the North Kingstown Community Center or the Recreation Department at NK Town Hall.
