Your Guide: 1st Annual Jeep Festival
Paul Bailey Jeep is the setting for this first-of-its-kind event on Saturday.

It's been called "the original SUV," and with a history that dates back to at least World War I, Jeep has a personality all its own — and the same can be said of Jeep owners, too.
That unique personality will surely be on display Saturday at the 1st Annual Jeep Festival, hosted by Paul Bailey Jeep on Ten Rod Road and featuring the Ocean State Jeepsters club.
For Jeeps only, the day includes 4x4 trail rides, a "shine and show," kids activities, and lots more.
A crew from the Cox Cable show BrandX and Jamestown-based production squad Kettlebottom are also expected to be on hand to take video of the goings-on for possible showing in an upcoming episode.
Entertainment includes a live broadcast on 94 WHJY and prize giveaways, while refreshments will be provided by Monster Energy drinks [natch] and Del's Lemonade [extra natch].
So if you've got a Jeep, strap on the knobbies, crank up the 4-by, and spew some sod, baby! [It'll cost you $10 to enter.]
