Four people faced DUI charges in the most recent roundup of the Portsmouth police arrest log.

PORTSMOUTH, RI — The following people were arrested by Portsmouth police between March 13 and March 22.
March 13

12:36 a.m. — Adalto Ribeiro Pinto, 33, of Everett, Massachusetts, was charged with DUI of liquor or drugs (first offense) and DUI of liquor or drugs with a child passenger under 13. Police said the arrest stemmed from a traffic violation on Wet Main Road at Mill Lane.
5:52 p.m. — Ryan Patrick Pimental, 43, of Portsmouth, was charged with a bench warrant out of Second District Court.

March 14
8:03 a.m. — Jayme Lyn Moss, 33, of Portsmouth, was charged with domestic-simple assault/battery.
March 16
11:22 a.m. — Tyler Ottilige, 37, of Portsmouth, was charged with reckless driving and throwing articles at moving vehicles. The arrest happened on East Main Road at Union Street.

12:41 a.m. — Dennis Anthony Almeida, 37, of New Bedford, Massachusetts, was charged with DUI drugs/alcohol (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police said the arrest happened after a report of a suspicious vehicle at the BankNewport on East Main Road.
8:11 a.m. — Armand St. Laurent, 54, homeless, was charged with a bench warrant out of Second District Court.
March 19
10:13 p.m. — Justice Jeffrey Everett, 24, of Providence, was charged with possession of marijuana (first offense). Police said the arrest happened after a traffic violation on West Main Road at Hedly Street.
March 20
8:44 p.m. — Todd Adam Guevremont, 37, of Rockland, Massachusetts, was charged with DUI drugs/alcohol (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police said the arrest happened after a traffic violation on Route 24 northbound at Cedar Island.
March 22
6 p.m. — Leonard Greg Baskin, 44, of Fall River, Massachusetts, was charged with manufacturing/possessing/delivering a schedule I to II drug. Police said the arrest happened after a traffic violation on Route 24 northbound at Cedar Island.
