PORTSMOUTH, RI—Portsmouth resident Milla Hershman has shared a few beautiful photos before, and this one of the sunset illuminating a cloud shelf over the Mt. Hope Bridge is yet another visual feast.
Residents across Rhode Island enjoyed the spectacular sunset Monday night, but those close to the water always get the best views.
