Portsmouth Police Holding Halloween Trunk-Or-Treat
Visit the department's headquarters from noon to 2 p.m. on Halloween.
PORTSMOUTH, RI — The Portsmouth Police Department is hosting a trunk-or-treat event at police headquarters the afternoon of Halloween.
Officers will hand out candy to attendees from noon to 2 p.m. Emergency vehicles will be decorated, as well.
"Save the date and bring your little ghouls and goblins by on Halloween!" the department wrote.
