Portsmouth's Stone Bridge Marina Sold for $1.1m

The property, located at 17 Point Road in Portsmouth, includes a 40 slip marina.

Stone Bridge Marina has sold for $1.1 million after attracting much attention as the only marina for sale in Rhode Island before it went off the market last month.

The property’s sale was announced by Lila Delman Real Estate. Sales Associate Gregory Arakelian was the listing agent and said the marina is an “underutilized asset with 3 income streams and the eastern-most residence on Aquidneck Island, providing unobstructed north, east, and southern waterfront views. The Stone Bridge Marina is a close driving proximity to Boston, and easy access from Sakonnet River to world class yachting destinations like Newport, Martha’s Vineyard, and Block Island.”

The property sold on April 13.
