The Portsmouth Town Council, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Review, Building Inspector and the Department of Public Works, have been designated by the Energy Facility Siting Board to render an advisory opinion in Docket No. SB-2022-02, SouthCoast Wind Energy LLC's application to construct the Facilities associated with the SouthCoast Wind Project in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Linked is the Board's Decision and Order 168 pursuant to a preliminary hearing in that docket, and a Notice of Designation.

It is ordered that the designated agencies provide Advisory Opinions to the Board within 4 months of the date of the written order.
