East Providence Man Absconded From Accident Involving An Injury: Cops

PROVIDENCE, RI — An East Providence man left the scene of an accident involving an injury, police said.

Ethan Cabral, 22, was arrested shortly before 9:30 a.m. Monday and charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in personal injury and reckless driving, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Cabral was involved in an accident on Interstate 95 in Providence, according to the release.

"Cabral was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at the Sixth Division District Court.," the release said.
