The incident remains under investigation.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A report of "possible bullet holes" in the windows of a Providence School Department building were probably made by a BB or pellet gun, according to police
Officers responded to the Providence School Department building at 797 Westminster St. about 11 a.m. Thursday for a "report of possible bullet holes in the front windows," Kristy dosReis, the chief public information officer for the Providence Department of Public Safety, said in an email.
"Upon arrival, officers observed four small defects in the glass consistent with damage from a BB or pellet gun," dosReis. "The incident remains under investigation."
