Providence Conspirator Conveyed Unauthorized Articles: Cops
The Providence man was arrested by the Adult Correctional Institutions Special Investigations Unit, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — The Rhode Island State Police Adult Correctional Institutions Special Investigations Unit arrested a Providence man Friday, the state police said in a media release.
Nicholas Morra, 32, was charged with conveyance of unauthorized articles to and from institutions and conspiracy, according to the release.
"The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Adult Correctional Institutions Special Investigations Unit," the release said.

State police Lt. Col. Robert Creamer and the state police legal office failed to respond when asked for reports associated with Morra's arrest.
