Providence Man Possessed Child Pornography: Cops
The Providence man was arrested by the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task, police said.
PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence man was charged with child pornography, police said.
Efrain Luiz Garcia, 45, was arrested Wednesday by the Rhode Island State Police Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the state police said in a media release.
"Mr. Garcia was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court," the release said.

Garcia was arraigned and his bond was set at $2,000 with surety, along with the special conditions of limited internet access and no unsupervised contact with minors, according to the release.
