Smithfield Police Log: Credit Card Fraud, Stolen Gasoline
The following information was supplied by the Smithfield Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction:
Editor's note: The following is a partial account of the incidents Smithfield Police responded to during Aug. 6-7.
Tuesday, Aug. 6:
- At about 7:45 a.m., Smithfield Police arrested Laura Orellana, 32, for driving with a suspended license.
- At about 11:45 p.m., Smithfield Police arrested Ashley Pelletier, 25, charging her with larceny and fraudulent use of a credit card.
Wednesday, Aug. 7:
- At about 11:45 p.m., Smithfield Police responded to the Mobil station at 354 Putnam Pike for a report of a theft of a gas can full of gasoline.
