Smithfield Police Log: Dunkin Break-In, Disorderly Conduct, and Assault

The following information was supplied by the Smithfield Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction:

Editor's note: The following is a partial account of the incidents Smithfield Police responded to during Aug. 23-24:

Friday, Aug. 23:

  • At about 3:45 p.m., Smithfield Police arrested Audre Decesare, 46, charging her with driving with a suspended license. 
  • At about 11:45 p.m., Smithfield Police responded to the Hess station on Putnam Pike for a report of a disturbance. Officers arrested Edward Calore, 30, charging him with disorderly conduct in the gas station's parking lot.
  • At about 11:45 p.m., Smithfield Police responded to the Hess station on Putnam Pike for a report of a disturbance. Officers arrested Kasyl Ilarraza, 26, charging him with disorderly conduct in the gas station's parking lot.
Saturday, Aug. 24:
  • At about 7:45 a.m., Smithfield Police responded to Dunkin Donuts at 970 Putnam Pike for a report of a break-in. 
  • At about 3:45 p.m., Smithfield Police arrested Matthe Lemieux, 34, on a warrant for violating a no-contact order.
  • At about 11:45 p.m., Smithfield Police arrested Jason Rappa, 28, charging him with assault.
