Assault Charges Top Recent Tiverton Arrests

Tiverton police made the following arrests recently. 

• Steven M. West, 52, of 99 Pottersville Road, Apt. 2, Little Compton, was arrested on Sept. 23 at 6:20 p.m. and charged with the following: simple assault, domestic; and disorderly conduct. The arrest occurred after West became involved in an argument with another man. 

• A 17-year-old Tiverton girl was arrested on Sept. 27 at 8:54 a.m. in the area of Briggs Lane. She was charged with domestic, simple assault, after becoming involved in an argument with a Tiverton man. 

• Brian Almeida, 19, of 55 Pershing Ave., Tiverton, was arrested on Sept. 18 at 1:25 a.m. in the area of Hooper Street. Almeida was charged with the following: resisting arrest, obstruction of an officer in the execution of duty and disorderly conduct. The arrest occurred after becoming involved in an argument with a Tiverton man. 

• Pamela A. Levakis, 50, of 173 Russell Drive, Tiverton, was arrested on Sept. 28 at 1:40 p.m. on Russell Drive. Levakis was charged with domestic, simple assault, and disorderly conduct after becoming involved in an argument with a Tiverton man.
