The floor in the kitchen is worn, covering has peeled it is not smooth, durable and easily cleanable. The materials for indoor floors must be durable, easily cleanable and nonabsorbent for areas subject to moisture such as food preparation areas, walk-in refrigerators, warewashing areas and toilet rooms. The floor and wall junctures under the 3-bay sink do not have coving. The floor and wall junctures must be coved and closed to no larger than 1/32nd of an inch.
