Little Compton Police: Local Woman Charged With Domestic Breaking and Entering

Little Compton Police arrested Maya Burton, 31, of West Main Rd, Little Compton on Friday, Jan. 5 at 6:06 p.m. and charged her with domestic breaking and entering. She was also taken into custody on a district court warrant.
According to reports, police responded to 8 Meeting House Lane for a report of a female attempting to break into the residence. Police allegedly found Burton smashing at the entrance door. During the investigation officers discovered an active warrant for failure to appear in district court.
