Tiverton Man Dies After Weekend Motorcycle Crash

A Tiverton man has died following a motorcycle crash this Labor Day weekend in Westport. 

Michael Joubert, 51, of Tiverton, died in a Fall River Hospital from injuries sustained in the crash, reports The Associated Press. 

The crash occurred Sunday evening in Westport. According to the AP, the victim, who was wearing a helmet at the time, was thrown from the motorcycle after a turn in the road.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
