Tiverton Police: Tiverton Man Arrested With Four Outstanding Warrants

Westport Woman Bounces $25 Check
Jessica Bauler, 28, of 11 Lawtons Lane, Westport, MA, was arrested on Nov. 15 at 4:25 p.m. and charged with writing fraudulent checks. According to reports, Bauler wrote a check to Tiverton Auto Parts in the amount of $25, but with insufficient funds to cover the check. After repeated attempts to contact Bauler to make restitution failed, a warrant was issued for her arrest on Sept. 11. Bauler turned herself in on Nov. 15 and was released by a justice of the peace after posting bail.

Domestic Vandalism Charge
Skyler Ims, 28, was arrested on Nov. 15 at 11:32 p.m. and charged with domestic vandalism after she allegedly banged on a sliding glass window at her ex-boyfriend's house and smashed it. She was arraigned and released on $1,000 personal recognizance.

Tiveron Man Wanted On Four Warrants
Joshua Medeiros, 28, of 130 Brayton Road, Tiverton, was arrested on Nov. 18 at 6 p.m. and charged with obstructing an officer in execution of duty. Medeiros was wanted by police on four outstanding warrants. According to reports, police received a tip that Medeiros was at a local residence, but when police arrived to take Medeiros into custody, he allegedly fled on foot. Officers found Medeiros hiding in the woods. He was held overnight and arraigned in court next day where he was released on $4K with surety.
