Vehicle Gets Stuck in Little Compton Ditch

Little Compton police reported the following incidents this week. 

Woman ends up in ditch 

On Aug. 18, at 4:52 p.m., a vehicle driven by Sharon A. Hardin, 69, of 114 North Water St., Chestertown, MD, became stuck in a ditch at the intersection of Colebrook Road and Long Highway when she pulled off to the side of the road. The vehicle was towed out by a wrecker and sustained no damage.

Stop Sign Gone

On Aug. 12, at 8:09 p.m., a person reported the stop sign missing from the south end of Old Main Rd is missing.
