• Grammy-Nominated Musician Dead, Suspect with Over 100 Arrests Faces New Charges (crimeonline.com) — A Grammy-nominated musician with strong Rhode Island ties was fatally struck while walking his dogs in nearby Hopkinton, and the driver was later evaluated at Westerly Hospital. Police say the suspect, a Rhode Island woman with over 100 prior arrests, faces new charges including driving to endanger resulting in death and narcotics offenses after allegedly crashing into multiple objects and the pedestrian.
